HOW IT WORKS

Denise will meet with you and ask you about your look, style, needs and wants for your new apartment.  She will get the floorplans and measurements of the entire space and then custom design a look for your new home with her design team based on your personality, style and budget.

She will meet with the design team at West Elm to locate in-stock furniture that fits with your space.

She will send you an email to view and approve the furniture pieces that have been select for you.

Once approved, she will place the order for all of the items.

She will schedule a delivery date and coordinate the delivery with your building, which includes getting the Certificate of Insurance, as well as reserving the elevator with building management.

She will have all of the smaller items including end tables, stools, chairs, small desks, coffee tables, nightstands, lamps, rugs, etc. shipped to her so she can bring them with her on “moving” day.

She will go to Target, Bed Bath & Beyond, Homegoods and The Container Store to purchase bathroom essentials (shower curtain, towels, etc.), kitchen items (glassware, flatware, dishes, dishtowels), bedroom linens and accessories  (pillows, mattress cover, hangers, etc.).

Another trip to West Elm to meet with the design team for throw pillows, bedding, and accessories that will pull everything together.

Denise will be at apartment early to wait for furniture delivery.

She will set up bathroom and kitchen.

She will check all furniture for damage upon delivery.

She will assemble everything and place according to the layout that was agreed upon.

She will have all the boxing and packing material removed from the apartment and leave it broom clean.

She will make sure that all towels and linens are washed and that all silverware, dishes and glassware have been washed.

She will make the bed, fluff the pillows and leave happily knowing that she has made your move to NYC a much easier transition.
