All pricing includes the basics and commission. Any extras such as artwork, pots and pans, sofa beds, king sized beds will be extra and added on to the base price.
Studio
The cost for a Studio starts at $10,500 and includes the basics.
1- Bedroom
The cost for a 1-Bedroom starts at $13,000 and includes the basics.
2-Bedroom
The cost for a 2-Bedroom starts at $18,000 and includes the basics.
3-Bedroom
The cost for a 3-Bedroom starts at $23,000 and includes the basics.

The furniture is primarily purchased at West Elm because of its moderate price, high quality and modern look. They have many options that work with the dimensions of a typical NYC apartment. It should be noted that Denise does not go in-store shopping with clients.

50% of the estimated furniture cost is due upon signing the contract. The remaining 50% and Denise’s commission are due upon completion of the project.
